The Future Forward Program is a transformative initiative designed to support foster care alumni in Kentucky as they pursue higher education or certificate programs. Many young adults aging out of the foster system face significant barriers to academic success, including financial instability, lack of familial support, and limited access to essential life skills. Future Forward bridges these gaps by providing monthly care packages and comprehensive resources tailored to their unique needs.
