Sponsor Care Packages

Our Future Forward Program is dedicated to supporting students on their educational journeys by providing monthly care packages. These packages are thoughtfully curated for foster care alumni who are transitioning out of the foster care system or living independently. We believe that every student deserves the resources and encouragement to succeed, and our care packages aim to provide just that. Together, we can help these students thrive and achieve their goals.

Host A Potluck

The SLHI Fostering Hope Potluck Series provides home-cooked meals and a welcoming space for young adults transitioning out of foster care to build community and strengthen social skills. Each potluck offers meaningful connection with caring volunteers, good food, and a reminder that they are not alone in their journey.
