GENERAL INFORMATION

​

• The deadline to apply with payment is November 1, 2024.  

• SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED will not hold spots with a verbal confirmation.  

• LATE FEE: Completed applications received after November 1 will incur a $25 late fee, per space.

• Vendor placement will be determined based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Checks should be made out to: “Santa’s Little Helpers Incorporated”

• Applications and payments should be turned in to: SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED, 9104 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40242

• Vendors may park in the main parking lot next to the building on the day of the event.

• Direct sales and hand-made crafts are allowed at this show.

• Vendors should supply tables and chairs for the event.  One 10’ x 10’ tent is permitted at this event with each paid booth space.
