GENERAL INFORMATION

​

• The deadline to apply with payment is November 21, 2025. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo payments.  A 2.4% fee will apply to credit card payments. (Including payments accepted via PayPal and Venmo)

• SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED will not hold spots with a verbal confirmation.  

• LATE FEE: Completed applications received after November 21 will incur a $25 late fee, per space.

• Vendors will be assigned a vendor number after receipt of payment that coordinates with your setup location at the market.

• Checks should be made out to: “Santa’s Little Helpers Incorporated”

• Applications and payments should be turned in to: SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED, 9104 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40242

• Vendors may park in the main parking lot behind the building on the event day.

• Direct sales and handmade crafts are allowed at this show.

• Vendors should supply tables and chairs for the event.  One 10’ x 10’ tent with each paid booth space is permitted at this event.    

• We encourage vendors to decorate their booths for the holidays to make them more festive.

• Christmas pajamas are encouraged but not required.
