SANTA'S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED Vendor Terms & Conditions
SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED shall have final authority when choosing vendors for the SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED Holiday Market.

Vendors who apply for the right to display and market their goods shall hold harmless SANTAS LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED, WESTPORT ROAD BAPTIST CHURCH, and their administration, and for any damage to their products during the transporting of said products during the opening set up, during the show, or closing takedown of the show. SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED and WESTPORT ROAD BAPTIST CHURCH will NOT be responsible for any slips, trips, or falls of any kind on the property, nor be responsible for damage to personal vehicular transportation while on the property. It is advised to lock all personal belongings in your car or trunk or carry them with you while on the property. SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED and WESTPORT ROAD BAPTIST CHURCH are not responsible for lost or stolen items with regard to your vehicle or inside the show. This agreement pertains to all personnel working with you on the day of the event.

Vendors agree to the following conditions:

Vendors must attend the full day of the event, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM SATURDAY, December 6, 2025.

We will try our best, but there is no guarantee that volunteers will be available to assist you in carrying your items in and out of the building. We do not supply ‘food runners’ during the day. We will start setting up at 8:00 AM on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Setup must be completed by 10:45 AM. Vendors should not break down until 4:00 PM.

Your crafts and items must exhibit good taste. We reserve the right to determine whether items are inappropriate and need to be removed should they have markings, wording or other symbols that would be offensive to individuals.

Vendors will not bring or sell any weapons, including knives, guns, etc., at this event.

You will be assigned a vendor number that coordinates with your setup location at the event.

ONCE VENDORS HAVE SIGNED AND AGREED TO THE TERMS PRESENTED ON THIS CONTRACT, YOU WILL BE OBLIGATED TO FOLLOW ALL GUIDELINES AND RULES OUTLINED ON THIS FORM.
NOTE: IF THERE IS A NEED FOR THE VENDOR TO CANCEL, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS TO SAID VENDOR. BOOTH FEES WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION AND WILL NOT APPLY TO FUTURE HOLIDAY MARKETS. SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS INCORPORATED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUCCESS OF YOUR BOOTH FOR THE DAY. WE DO OUR PART TO PROMOTE THIS EVENT, BUT IT’S ASKED THAT VENDORS HELP WITH PROMOTION BY TELLING FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA. ALSO, BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, YOU AGREE TO HAVE YOUR PICTURE OR LIKENESS USED IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA AND SOCIAL MEDIA—FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, SNAPCHAT, OR ANY OTHER FORM.
