Got a tree to donate? Need a tree for Christmas?

 

We are coordinating a Christmas Tree Swap to help get trees to those in need, and keep artificial trees out of the landfill.  We will coordinate the swap between donors and recipients.  Please fill out the appropriate form to participate.  Rules and regulations apply.

Do you want to help purchase a tree? You don't need to swap a tree to help a family in need.  Just click the "donate" button below to support the Christmas Tree Fund.

Rules & Regulations

  • We only accept artificial trees.

  • Trees must have all of its parts including stand.

  • Trees must be boxed up for delivery.

  • Trees must be gently used. 

  • Tree recipients may only receive one tree per household, per calendar year.

  • We cannot guarantee fulfillment for every tree request.

  • Trees donations will be made on a first come, first serve basis. 

  • While we offer a tree fund, we cannot guarantee funds will be available for every request.

  • Santa's Little Helpers, Inc. will facilitate the process of swapping trees between the donor and recipient.  SLHI assumes no responsibility for broken trees, missing parts, injury, or illness.

  • You must live in Louisville, Kentucky or Southern Indiana.
